Terms of service

  • Deposit & Payment Policy — deposit is non-refundable, balance due before pickup/delivery
  • Health Guarantee — We provide a health checkup and guarantee a healthy puppy on delivery
  • Puppy Availability — deposits hold a specific puppy, subject to availability
  • Pickup & Delivery — You can pick up a puppy, or we can arraign delivery via a puppy nanny. We do not ship via cargo
  • Buyer Responsibilities — Make veterinarian appointments for vaccinations. Provide a loving home...
  • AKC Registration — We will register your puppy when you provide a name
  • Limitation of Liability — Once the puppy is in your care, you are responsible for all its needs. We strongly suggest that you do not let it outside until it is fully vaccinated. If you have other animals that can pass diseases to a puppy, they must be fully vaccinated before any contact with your puppy. We will outline more in our contract.
